Managing Though Chaos (How to keep your sanity and get things done)
A wise man once said, "there are three things an organization will need to have tough conversations over: money, people & technology." Technology teams are often the servants of the servants of the Church. Come and explore ways to manage scope, cost, quality, and people; the most challenging asset to manage!
